My top 10 Firefox extensions

For my Other top 10 Firefox extensions (more up-to-date), see this new post.

1. It can only be Tab Mix Plus. This extension does almost anything… from undoing closed tabs, open all links in new tabs only, multiple row tab-bar, reload every N seconds a tab to session manager. Love it.

2. Foxtrick. In my good old hattrick-addict days, i couldn’t play hattrick without it.

3. All-in-one Gestures. Easy navigation using mouse gestures. Like holding down right click and moving the mouse to the left makes a webpage go back, down makes a new tab open, etc etc… simply brilliant!

4. Download Statusbar – downloads in Firefox without this extension suck big time!

5. Dragdropupload. If you upload files using Firefox, it’s never been easier if you use this extension… no more ‘browse’ button, just drag them into the address field and that’s it.

6. Linkification converts text links into genuine, click able links.

7. Adblock Plus stops all those annoying flash and java ads from showing in websites. I mostly use it for gsp.ro … i love going to that website and not have to hear all those awful sounds and a drop-down flash banner… this add on kills`em all

8. Abduction! If you do a lot of print screens like i do, this will be a huge help. Just right click, select “Save page as image” and you are ready to select a portion of the webpage and save it in the format you want (png, jpg, etc…)

9. Fasterfox makes web pages download and render faster.

10. Menu Editor – Well, extensions tend to mess up tools menu, right click menu and so on, therefore this extension will let you customize it your way.
